About Mt Hutt ski resort
Ninety minutes from Christchurch, Mt Hutt is regarded as New Zealand’s high country ski resort. With a vertical drop of 2086 metres, it is one of the largest vertical drops on the South Island. It’s no wonder that Mt Hutt is renowned for long runs. It also has some extreme double black diamond chutes for the truly adventurous skiers and snowboarders.
