One of Italy’s oldest ski resorts, the famous Italian ski resort of Clavière has great terrain being part of the Milky Way ski area. This means skiers and snowboarders can access other Milky Way ski resorts: Montgenèvre, Sansicario, Sauze d’Oulx and Sestrière.
Getting to Clavière
There are two airports within two hours drive of Clavière so skiing and snowboarding weekends or short ski holidays are doable. You can fly into Turin Caselle airport and with good driving conditions be on piste within an hour.
Eating out at Clavière ski resort
The predominant Apres Ski facilities at Claviere are the many hotel bars along the main street. The Hotel Bes & Spa has a restaurant that serves genuine Piedmont cuisine and excellent wines.
